- To be eligible for a refund with respect to your enrollment in a webinar, class, course, mini-course, micro-course (“Course”), you shall submit a request pursuant to this Policy within 48 hours after your payment, provided that you have viewed or completed no more than 25 percent of the said Course. To request a refund or to ask a question regarding the Refund Policy, please email Support at email@example.com.
- If a refund is approved, Inceptive will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access to the said Course(s) for which a refund is approved.
- Coupon codes and other course entitlements are subject to expiration and any other conditions stated at the time of purchase.
